Prof. Dr. Ahmed Azmy is a distinguished expert in Human Resource Management, Strategic Leadership, and Organizational Behavior with over 20 years of academic and consulting experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Suez Canal University, where he explored strategic leadership’s role in developing competitive capabilities in international business.

Dr. Azmy has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice Dean for Research & Postgraduate Studies at Suez Canal University and Head of Business Administration at Future University in Egypt. His research focuses on talent management, leadership development, and business strategy, and he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as strategic intelligence, workforce transformation, and green HRM practices.

Beyond academia, he has provided executive training and consulting for major governmental institutions and multinational corporations, including projects in Kuwait, Bahrain, and the UAE. His expertise spans organizational change, corporate governance, and employee engagement strategies.

At GREA, Dr. Azmy leads the Strategic Insights & Consulting Center (SICC), driving evidence-based consulting, market intelligence, and strategic advisory services to support businesses, policymakers, and institutions in navigating complex challenges with confidence. His mission is to bridge research with real-world solutions, fostering innovation and excellence in leadership and decision-making.
