Over the course of his career, Dr. Kassem has played a key role in establishing and developing the Mid-Corporates segment and has led multiple transformation projects focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management. He has also designed and delivered specialized training programs that integrate his 7+ years of teaching experience, contributing to the professional development of early- and mid-career banking professionals.
