At The Global Research Excellence Academy (GREA) LTD, we aim to provide high-quality training, mentorship, and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our digital products, training programs, and consulting services.

📌 GREA operates under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

  1. Refund Eligibility

🔹 Online Training Courses & Digital Content

  • Customers have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed any course materials.
  • Once a course has been accessed (watched, downloaded, or engaged with), no refunds will be issued.

📌 This complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content.

🔹 Mentorship & Consulting Services

  • Refunds for one-on-one mentorship or consulting sessions can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

🔹 Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)

  • Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partially used billing cycles.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:
Send an email to info@thegrea.org with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Service Name]”.
Include the order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
If applicable, provide proof of purchase.

📌 Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe/Wise).

  1. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:
🚫 Partially completed courses or consulting services.
🚫 Downloaded or accessed digital content.
🚫 Third-party services or software purchased through GREA.

📌 If a refund request does not meet the policy requirements, the request will be declined.

  1. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
  • If a chargeback is initiated via Stripe or Wise, GREA reserves the right to block future access to services.
  • Disputes should first be discussed with GREA’s support team before engaging third-party financial institutions.
