In her role as Director of the GREA MENA Region Office, Eng. ElShabrawy is committed to advancing research excellence and academic collaboration across the region. She plays a pivotal role in expanding the Global Research Excellence Academy (GREA)’s impact by establishing partnerships, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring access to high-quality research training and mentorship opportunities.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computers and Information from Cairo University and extensive expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Eng. ElShabrawy has dedicated her career to revolutionizing education through technology. Her professional journey spans diverse roles, including ICT educator, curriculum developer, and administrator in international educational institutions across Egypt, Kuwait, and the United States.

Her passion for educational innovation is reflected in her specialized certifications, including Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD.NET), advanced training in Moodle Administration and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), and STEM certification.
